A three-variable crosstab would fit nicely in a three-dimensional presentation.
VUStat does not have that option available as a diagram but offers it in a different way.

The export can be presented in various ways. A clear option is a split into three tables.
You can see that as the layers in a three-dimensional table.
These tables individually cannot be forwarded to Crosstab Analysis, but you can enter any table in the app, save it and then get started.
